Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Onboarding Specialist to join our Health Insurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, guiding them through the process, and addressing their queries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of health insurance products, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process.
- Guide clients through policy activation, documentation, and benefit explanations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and underwriting, to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Educate clients about health insurance policies, terms, and coverage details.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to enhance their onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Provide feedback to improve onboarding processes and client engagement strategies.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with health insurance processes and regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, client onboarding, or a related role in the health insurance industry.
- Knowledge of health insurance policies, claims, and benefits is preferred.
