Assistant Manager - Transition

We're seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager - Transition! to lead business process migrations and digital products implementation for our Collections unit. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of process and technical project management and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end transition projects from planning, implementation to control
• Serve as the primary client liaison while managing internal stakeholder relationships
• Develop comprehensive project plans and creative solutions
• Ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints

What you'll bring:

• Communication Skills, Leadership, Team and Stakeholder management, Problem solving and Decision Making, Time management and Organization.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in BPM with 2-3 years in Transition.
• Strong background in client-facing roles
• Expert-level stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in capturing and tracking costs, revenue and margin, change management.
• Strategic mindset with keen attention to detail
• Candidates well versed with MS Office (Outlook - day to day email management, Excel, Presentation & MS Project)
• PMI certification preferred
