Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance processes
Atleast 4 -5 years experience in managing end to end transitions.
Experience in a shared service / GCC would be ideal
As an experienced Finance Transition Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and facilitating the seamless transfer of services, processes, and responsibilities from one entity to another,
maintaining strong communication channels, and managing the overall change process effectively.
Excellent understanding of finance processes and finance BAU experience required to deliver the programs.

Project Planning and Coordination
o Develop and execute comprehensive transition plans in collaboration with internal
teams and external stakeholders.
o Coordinate all aspects of the transition, including timelines, resources, and
milestones.

o Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the transition process.

o Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of the transition process.
