Job Description
Hiring for Chat Process
Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer service chat.
Understands customer query and responds to it ensuring that all queries / concerns are answered via web chat.
Update account information and performs general maintenance upon customers request.
Exhibits promptness and politeness using the appropriate language while answering customer queries.
Shift: Rotational Shift /Flexible to work in any shifts and timings 5 days working , 2 rotational offs
Transport boundary:
Western line- Churchgate to Virar
Central line- CST to Thane (main city)
Harbour line- CST to Vashi
Minimum Eligibility: Graduate (No Btech/B.E./Bsc.IT)/HSC Freshers/ experienced.
Salary: 19K to 24k
Location: Paradigm B, Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400064.
