Assistant Manager - Learning & Development - Western Line
Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic L&D team member to support our team in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs. This hands-on role provides exposure to corporate training, employee development, and talent management.
Location: Western Suburbs, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and updating training content (videos, presentations, e-learning modules).
- Management of leadership and soft skills training programs.
- Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and certifications.
- Manage learning resources, analytics, and reports.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Management.
- Track and analyze training effectiveness to enhance learning initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite & e-learning tools.
- Passion for L&D with a keen interest in corporate training.
