We are looking for a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant to strengthen our L&D function.
This role will focus on managing learning systems, tracking certifications, driving engagement, and supporting internal training initiatives.
Based out of our Bengaluru Technology Hub, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced L&D or talent management professional passionate about developing talent and enhancing learning processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
- Manage and optimize LMS platforms such as Brainier and Talentguard.
- Generate reports, maintain dashboards, and track certifications (e.g , AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, Snowflake).
- Oversee user permissions and ensure accurate access management.
- Collaborate on developing and refining skills taxonomy within the pathway system.
Content Development and Maintenance:
- Create, update, and maintain engaging learning materials and manuals.
- Record and deliver training content (in-person or pre-recorded) and explore innovative delivery methods.
- Continuously improve learning solutions and identify areas for enhancement.
Engagement and Communication:
- Drive participation in peer-learning initiatives and develop strategies to enhance engagement.
- Strengthen communication with teams, line managers, and practice heads for transparent training oversight.
- Plan and communicate to ensure timely completion of mandatory and refresher training programs.
- Contribute to broader L&D initiatives with creative solutions to improve processes.
Talent Development Support:
- Assist in designing and delivering talent development programs and internal training initiatives.
- Provide detailed reporting and analytics to measure training impact and identify improvements.
- Develop new solutions, establish best practices, and drive innovation within L&D.
- Apply adult learning theories to enhance training program success.
System Management and Reporting:
- Use Excel or Google Sheets proficiently to manage data, track progress, and generate insights.
- Ensure high accuracy in reporting activities and innovate systems for efficiency and clarity.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management roles.
- Proven track record in content design and skills taxonomy with the ability to enhance processes.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in managing LMS platforms like Brainier and Talentguard.
- Advanced Excel skills for analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with managing certifications from AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, or Snowflake.
- Competence in digital content creation and management.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High motivation to raise standards and promote excellence in L&D
