Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Presales/Sales Engineer.
- 2+ years overall IT/development background.
- Experience with RFPs, RFIs, and POCs.
- Global customer experience.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Analytical skills with the ability to understand client demands.
- Willingness to travel.
- Sales strategy planning in response to market and competitor behavior.
- Collaborate with product development to create viable solutions.
- Understand customer needs and deliver sales presentations.
- Coordinate with marketing for trade shows and customer workshops.
- Build lasting customer relationships.
- Prepare sales proposals and train other sales representatives as needed.
