Sr. Business Development Representative

• Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities
• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage high-value prospects , particularly CXOs and senior leaders.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in the digital experience landscape, emerging technologies, and industry shifts to identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with Account Executives to align on target accounts, messaging, and outreach strategies.
• Lead strategic conversations with senior decision-makers, helping them understand how Adobe DX solutions can address their digital transformation challenges and meet their business goals.
• Beyond lead qualification, actively partner with the sales team to progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Gather insights from prospects, market trends, and customer feedback to provide input to both sales and marketing teams , refining strategies, messaging, and tactics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on customer outreach programs.

Experience:

• 3+ years in business development or sales development , ideally in the SaaS or technology space.
• Proven experience in building and managing a strategic pipeline with a focus on consultative sales.
• Strong understanding of how to move prospects through the sales cycle from initial interest to qualified lead

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior leaders and explain the strategic value of Adobe DX solutions.
• A results-driven approach to managing your pipeline and collaborating with the sales team to ensure targets are met.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with sales tools like Dynamics , Outreach , or similar platforms
• Experience positioning enterprise-level digital marketing solutions or customer experience platforms .
• Desire to work in a fast paced, team-lead environment
