Field Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective field sales strategies.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling personal loans, business loans, gold loan, lap loans, mortgage loans products.
  
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on competitor activity.
  
• Analyze sales data to optimize sales performance and improve customer engagement.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in field sales management or related role in NBFC industry (preferably).
  
• Strong understanding of personal loan, business loan, gold loan, lap loans, mortgage loans products and their applications.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently over time.
