Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the staffing solutions and facility management sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management, with a deep understanding of recruitment processes and manpower services tailored for commercial and industrial sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition & Sales:
    • Identify and target potential clients in commercial and industrial sectors requiring staffing solutions, recruitment services, and facility management.
    • Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  2. Staffing Solutions & Recruitment:
    • Understand client requirements for staffing and recruitment across various roles in commercial and industrial sectors.
    • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality manpower delivery.
    • Present customized recruitment and staffing solutions that align with client needs.
  3. Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
    • Act as the key point of contact for client concerns, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  4. Market Analysis & Strategy:
    • Conduct industry and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
    • Provide strategic insights for improving service offerings in staffing and facility management.
  5. Proposal & Contract Management:
    • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client-specific needs.
    • Negotiate and finalize contracts to meet client and company expectations.
  6. Compliance & Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and company standards in recruitment and staffing processes.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of staffing solutions, recruitment processes, and facility management services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on problem-solving and execution.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales in the staffing or facility management industry.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and labor laws is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Bangalore market and client base is an added advantage.
