Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand presence, generating leads, managing content, and enhancing engagement across social media and other channels. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, proven experience in lead generation and content management, and strong leadership skills to guide the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
  • Implement, monitor, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns across digital, email, content, and social channels.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align lead gen initiatives with revenue targets.

2. Content Management:

  • Oversee the content strategy and ensure high-quality, engaging content across all platforms, including website, blogs, newsletters, and whitepapers.
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure timely production and publication of materials.
  • Work closely with internal and external content creators to maintain brand voice and messaging consistency.

3. Social Media Management:

  • Lead social media strategy, creating engaging content and campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage social media community engagement, responding to inquiries and building a positive brand presence.

4. Branding:

  • Develop and reinforce brand identity and positioning to build brand recognition and credibility.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to stay current on trends and enhance brand differentiation.

5. Collateral Preparation:

  • Oversee the development and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, sales materials, and other assets.
  • Ensure collateral aligns with brand standards and meets the needs of sales and customer engagement teams.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and effective materials that support branding and sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation, content management, and brand building.
  • Proven experience leading a team and managing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
