Job Description
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air Sea, Import Export).
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop tailored logistics solutions that align with clients supply chain requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Provide consistent follow-ups, updates, and exceptional after-sales support.
- Analyse market trends and competition to create effective sales strategies.
- Identify and explore potential markets to expand the company s reach.
- Collaborate closely with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and client updates to management.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Experience in handling air freight, ocean freight, and customs clearance.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.
