1. Represent the company and introduce its Services/solutions to potential customers to create business opportunities to achieve targets, including lead generation, prospecting, customer meetings and relationship management.
2. Develop & maintain healthy relationships with existing & new customers.
3. Setting up meetings with prospective clients & deliver presentations.
4 .Identify new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging market knowledge.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
6 .Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and improve performance.
7. Negotiate to close deals and handle customer complaints & objections
8. Updated Market Knowledge of Air and Sea Import/Export
Preferred candidate profile
1. Excellent Communication (written & verbal) and Presentation Skills.

3. Strong Relationship Management & Negotiation skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications :
Graduate along with MBA in Sales and Marketing or Any Graduate with excellent sales experience.
