Customer Care Representative (frontline)

What you will do :

The Customer Care Representative & Premier Customer Care Representative will be responsible to:

• Provide customer support to International customers over calls etc.
• Resolving customer issues.
• Adhere to basic customer onboarding process.
• Handling customers claims.
• Running customized reports.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal customers as and when required.

You will be a great fit if you:

Minimum Education :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent Minimum Experience: One to Three (1-3) years professional experience in BPO/Tele-calling Industry

• Strong in written and verbal communication
• Problem Solving skills
• Ready to work in rotational shifts (including night shift as well)
• Ready for re-location, if required
• Interpersonal skills
