  • Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Admin Manager to oversee and manage all administrative operations of our garment manufacturing exports company. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient functioning of facilities, including electricity, plumbing, housekeeping, security, and other administrative tasks, contributing to a well-maintained and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Management:
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure.
  • Ensure uninterrupted power supply and effective energy management.
  • Supervise regular inspections and coordinate with vendors for necessary repairs and upgrades.
  • Housekeeping & Cleanliness:
  • Develop and implement housekeeping schedules to maintain cleanliness across the facility.
  • Monitor the performance of housekeeping staff and ensure adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Vendor & Contractor Management:
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors for utilities, repairs, housekeeping, and other services.
  • Ensure timely payment and cost optimization for administrative expenses.
  • Asset & Inventory Management:
  • Maintain records of company assets, including office equipment, furniture, and utilities.
  • Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies and maintenance tools.
  • Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations in the workplace.
  • Implement workplace safety measures, including fire safety and emergency protocols.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, electricians, and plumbers.
  • Provide training and guidance to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control:
  • Prepare and manage the budget for administrative functions.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
  • Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks:
  • Coordinate office-related tasks, such as courier management, canteen services, and waste disposal.
  • Ensure efficient record-keeping and reporting of administrative activities.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the manufacturing or garment industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of facility management, utilities, and general maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative management tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle emergencies effectively.
