Assistant Restaurant Manager Overview:
The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in the restaurant industry. They support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and ensuring a positive dining experience for patrons.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in managing day-to-day operations
- Supervise and train staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitor inventory and order supplies
- Participate in creating and implementing marketing strategies
- Manage restaurant budgets and expenses
- Oversee cleanliness and maintenance

- Conduct regular performance evaluations

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role

- Certification in food safety is preferred
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Hospitality or related field

- Strong business acumen and decision-making capabilities
