Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and support the HR department with administrative and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in HR while contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and conducting orientations.
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help with employee engagement activities, including surveys, events, and recognition programs.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Help manage the HR database and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks such as filing, document management, and correspondence.
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking and organizing performance reviews.
- Participate in HR projects, including research and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with HR-related communications, including drafting announcements and memos.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR best practices is a plus, but not required.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
