Job Description
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Develop and deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to products and services.
- Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads.
- Conduct research on industry trends to effectively communicate the advantages of solutions.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Assist in the preparation of RFIs and RFPs, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate pre-sales materials.
- Manage follow-up calls and emails with clients to ensure full understanding of their requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical team to address complex queries and issues promptly.
- Participate in trade shows and other marketing events to promote products.
- Maintain CRM and other databases to ensure accurate records of interactions.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback on market trends.
- Provide regular reports to management regarding sales support activities.
- Continuously enhance personal knowledge and technical skills related to products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pre-sales or sales support role.
- Strong understanding of the industry and product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical information clearly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales support tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and techniques.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in developing presentation materials tailored to various audiences.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.
- Passion for technology and a keen interest in ongoing learning.
