Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recovery Manager - Royalties to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recovery of royalties, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments from clients, partners, and licensees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor overdue royalty payments and identify accounts requiring action.
- Contact clients and partners to ensure prompt payments.
- Resolve disputes by coordinating with legal, finance, and other departments.
- Prepare and send reminders, emails, and follow-up letters to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all royalty transactions and communications.
- Generate and review regular reports on overdue accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve recovery processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in debt recovery or royalty management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
