Back Office Executive - Debt Recovery

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative tasks related to debt recovery processes
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for debt recovery actions
• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding debts and payment arrangements
• Conduct research and analysis on delinquent accounts
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for debt recovery procedures
• Maintain accurate records of debt recovery activities and follow-up actions
• Support the debt recovery team in managing deadlines and targets
• Assist in negotiating repayment plans with debtors
• Prepare reports on debt recovery activities and progress
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to debt recovery

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in debt recovery or related financial roles
• Strong understanding of debt recovery laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and delinquent accounts
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial software
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Knowledge of collection techniques and best practices
• Proven track record of meeting debt recovery targets
