Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard strategic partners, including sports turfs, retail sports stores/chains, schools, and colleges
• Collaborate with the founder to define and execute a robust offline sales strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships to grow partnerships and drive offline sale
• Develop and implement innovative sales initiatives to increase brand visibility and penetration in offline channels
• Regularly analyse sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and coordinate with operations team to ensure robust offline presence
• Who You Are
• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or FMCG
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a track record of driving sales growth
• Self-motivated, proactive, and excited to thrive in a startup environment
• A team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work culture
