Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Management:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end order fulfilment across platforms
• Manage inventory levels across marketplaces and ensure product listings are updated and aligned with stock availability
• Resolve order-related customer service issues efficiently

2. Warehouse Management:

• Ensure smooth warehouse operations, including inventory storage, stock replenishment, and regular audits
• Implement processes to reduce errors, improve turnaround times, and maintain high standards of product delivery

3. Strategic Projects:

• Support import processes, compliance with all customs and regulatory requirements
• Analyze and develop logistics cost optimization strategies to improve profitability
• Plan and execute operational strategies to grow the brand on quick commerce platforms

Who You Are

• 2-3 years of experience in D2C product operations, e-commerce operations, or logistics
• Strong understanding of order and inventory management systems
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analytics and reporting
• A team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
