Job Title: Operations Executive

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join our Supply Chain department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of supply chain operations. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of our supply chain, ensuring smooth operations and efficient delivery of products and services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination between departments.

- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

- Oversee the planning and execution of production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient use of resources.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

- Train and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the supply chain industry.

- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.

- Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
