Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Logistics Management:
   
• Coordinate and monitor the movement of raw materials and supplies from vendors to the production facility.
• Ensure timely receipt of goods and verify the accuracy of shipments against purchase orders.
• Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize supplier delivery schedules.
2. Outbound Logistics Management:
   
• Plan and manage the distribution of finished products to customers or distribution centers.
• Coordinate with transport providers for efficient and cost-effective shipping.
• Monitor order fulfillment and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Manage documentation related to shipping, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
3. Warehouse Coordination and Inventory Control:
   
• Oversee warehousing operations to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Implement best practices for inventory tracking, stock rotation, and space utilization.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics flow.
4. Logistics Optimization and Cost Efficiency:
   
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in transportation and logistics.
• Negotiate with suppliers and logistics partners for better rates and services.
• Analyze logistics performance metrics and optimize delivery routes.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
   
• Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and inventory reports.
• Manage customs clearance and related documentation for international shipments.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
   
• Coordinate with internal departments like procurement, sales, and customer service.
• Maintain clear communication with logistics partners, suppliers, and customers.
• Address and resolve any logistics-related issues or discrepancies.
