Role & responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for railing products.
Identify and engage with potential clients, including architects, contractors, builders, and developers.
Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and close sales deals.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
2. Client & Market Management
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Work closely with marketing teams to plan promotions, events, and campaigns.
Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
3. Coordination & Execution
Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure project feasibility and client satisfaction.
Work with supply chain and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Monitor and track project progress to ensure successful completion.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Track sales performance and provide insights to improve strategies.
Ensure proper documentation of client interactions, contracts, and transactions.
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience:
1.Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in railing, building materials, or construction products.
3. Experience in dealing with architects, builders, and contractors is preferred.
