Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing:

• Develop performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue
• Collaborate with an outsourced agency for campaign implementation across platforms
• Analyze performance using relevant tools and make data-driven decisions for optimization

2. Product Listings & Sales Targets (Website + Marketplaces)

• Collaborate with outsourced agencies to manage product listings and optimize sales performance across the brand website and marketplaces (Amazon and Flipkart)
• Plug learnings from performance marketing into product listings with optimized keywords, and engaging content
• Monitor campaigns, analyze sales trends, and implement strategies to boost conversions

3. Social Media Strategy & Content Management:

• Lead content strategy for social media, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone and goals
• Oversee timely implementation of content plans through the creative agency
• Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve engagement and reach

Strategic Growth Planning: Design and execute marketing campaigns for quick commerce platforms

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of D2C marketing experience, with a proven track record in performance marketing and marketplace management
• Proficient in relevant digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and optimize campaigns
• Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
