Job Summary:

The IT Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sales, generating leads, and promoting IT products and services. This role involves identifying potential clients, developing marketing strategies, and working closely with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote IT products and services.
• Utilize digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and SEO strategies to generate leads.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve brand awareness and positioning.
• Plan and participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Degree.
• Proven experience in IT sales, marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with B2C sales and enterprise IT solutions.
• Knowledge of digital marketing techniques such as SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, software solutions, and networking.
