Job Description:

As a Desktop Service Engineer, you will provide on-site technical support, ensuring optimal functionality of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and network systems. Your role involves troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and client education, with a focus on minimizing downtime and enhancing user experience.

• Education: Degree or Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3+ years in desktop support/field service.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Hardware troubleshooting (motherboards, power supplies).
• Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
• Familiarity with MS Office, antivirus, and backup tools
• Installation & Configuration: Set up hardware/software, including OS, drivers, and applications.
• Hardware/Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues (e.g., component failures, OS errors).
• Repairs & Maintenance: Replace defective parts (motherboards, HDDs, RAM) and perform upgrades.
• On-Site Support: Respond to service requests promptly (within 24 hours) for scheduled and emergency visits.
• Two wheeler is mandatory.
