JRS Global Networks is seeking for an ambitious, confident, and tenacious Assistant
Sales Manager to be responsible for achieving sales objectives in India. The
candidate must be entrepreneurial minded, has a go-getter attitude and possesses a
strong business acumen. Energetic and proactive, ASM must be able to combine
various Wired and Wireless sales and business development strategies to develop
market shares and win key accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
• Analyze market trends & develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales & identify new business
opportunities.
• Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
• Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and partner
conferences.
• Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partners sales
resources also.
• Build, maintain and manage relationships with current and prospective accounts.
• Coordinate the involvement of JRS personnel, including support, service, and
management resources, to meet customer performance objectives and partners
expectations.
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in
assigned accounts.
• Identify demand generation and build pipeline across your territory of focus.
• Ability to execute high level technical discussion and demo of the solution.
• Maintain timely and accurate account documentation in Salesforce and to the
management
• Building strong relationship with OEMs community.
