Field Executive

Skills & Qualifications:

• Communication:-Should have basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Qualification: -Undergraduate or graduate candidates are eligible.
• Travel Requirements:- Must be comfortable visiting multiple locations across Mumbai as per job requirements.
• Vehicle Requirement:- Must have a bike 2-wheeler / Drivers license (Mandatory).
• Experience:- A minimum of 6 months of experience in any field is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Property Sourcing & Verification:- Identify and verify commercial properties in Mumbai.
• Field Data Collection:- Gather accurate property details through on-site and online sources.
• Data Management:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property details in the CRM.
• Team Collaboration:- Regularly update the team with relevant information.
• Independent Work :- Be able to work independently and efficiently in the field.
• Sales Support:- Assist the sales team with property inspections and other operational requirements.
