Field Sales Representative

Roles and Responsibilities

• Approach potential customers at their residences or businesses to introduce our products or services.
• Manage field sales activities to achieve targets and grow business.
• Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the assigned territory.
• Gather customer information, record details, and follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and results.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in B2C sales, direct selling, or related fields (healthcare marketing).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for building strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required depending on the territory.
