Role & responsibilities

Working on the color co-ordination, settings, displays etc to enhance the look and feel of the stores, Working on the new projects from initiation and contributing to new ideas, Frequently changing the displays and color schemes of major stores in Delhi and also working closely with stores outside Delhi for the visual display. Putting down standards of measurements across all stores. Optimum utilisation of the space and showcasing the right merchandise mix. Providing feedback/ guidance to the team on the visual standards.

Updated on the latest trends on VM, Proactiveness towards own work, Positive attitude towards the team members, Understanding of the systems & protocols of the organisation, Strong Communication Skills
