Job Summary:

The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for enhancing the in-store customer experience by designing and implementing visually appealing and strategically effective merchandising displays for exclusive men's wear collection. The role involves a combination of creative and analytical thinking to drive sales, reinforce brand identity, and create an engaging shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Merchandising & Display Execution:

• Develop and execute seasonal window displays, in-store layouts, and mannequin styling to align with the brand image.
• Ensure merchandise presentation is in accordance with the latest fashion trends and company guidelines.
• Regularly update displays based on inventory levels, sales trends, and marketing campaigns.
• Implement creative storytelling techniques through visual elements to highlight key product categories.

Store Aesthetics & Branding:

• Maintain the stores overall visual appeal by ensuring cleanliness, proper lighting, and organized presentation.
• Ensure all branding and promotional materials are accurately displayed in coordination with the marketing team.
• Conduct store visits and audits to ensure VM standards are being followed across all retail outlets.

Sales & Performance Impact:

• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine merchandising strategies.
• Work closely with the retail and sales team to ensure product placement optimizes sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to maintain an adequate stock of display products.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and new product launches.
• Provide training and guidance to store staff on best VM practices.
• Partner with the procurement and design teams to ensure VM strategies align with the latest product collections.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Min 1 year of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in men’s fashion retail.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, styling, and color theory.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stores if required.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for aesthetics and design.

Work Environment & Requirements:

• Flexibility to travel across different store locations for display setups and audits.
• Ability to lift and arrange merchandise as needed for visual displays.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
