Key Responsibilities: Client Coordination: Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management. Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team in managing leads, preparing quotations, and tracking sales orders. Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. Quotation & Documentation: Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents. Payment Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-up with clients for payments and outstanding dues. Material Requirement Coordination: Work with the purchase department to ensure timely procurement of required materials. Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with the purchase and operations teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth workflow. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales coordination, project handling, and client management. Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Knowledge: Experience in quotation preparation, payment follow-ups, and material requirement planning. Team Player: Ability to work closely with different departments to ensure project success.
