Title: AVP/ VP/Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) - Associate Partner in Franchise Onboarding
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding process for new business and franchise partners, focusing on enhancing the partner network.
- Strategically identify and engage potential partners to expand and strengthen the presence in the market.
- Develop tailored onboarding strategies to integrate partners into the ecosystem effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that the onboarding process is seamless and efficient.
- Provide guidance and support to partners throughout the onboarding journey, addressing any concerns or challenges they may encounter.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize the onboarding process to enhance partner satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the value proposition to prospective partners during the onboarding process.
- Track key performance metrics related to partner onboarding and network growth, and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or franchise operations.
- Proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing business/franchise partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of organizational and multitasking skills.
