Job Description:
We are seeking a product centric, data-oriented EIR to work on strategic projects for the Founder's office. As the Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR), you will work closely with the leadership team to identify, evaluate, and execute new growth opportunities. This role combines strategic thinking, operational execution, and entrepreneurial innovation to drive Rotimatic's next phase of growth. You'll act as a bridge between product, marketing, operations, and leadership, spearheading initiatives that expand market reach, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth Initiatives:
- Applying NPS (Net Promoter Score), Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, and partnerships. Provide direct insights and business models to drive growth-specific projects within the provided timeline.
- Develop and execute strategic projects that align with the company's long-term vision.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
Product Innovation and Expansion
- Collaborate with the product team to conceptualize and launch new features or adjacent products that complement Rotimatic's AI-driven solutions.
- Lead pilot programs for market expansion or product diversification.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, operations, and sales teams to implement growth initiatives and improve customer acquisition strategies.
- Ensure alignment across teams to achieve business goals and deliver seamless customer experiences.
Business Operations and Efficiency
- Analyze existing operations and propose scalable solutions to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Design and implement processes that support rapid scaling.
Customer-Centric Focus
- Gather customer insights and use them to refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Explore innovative ways to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Reporting and Stakeholder Management
- Provide regular updates to the co-founders and leadership team on project status, key findings, and recommendations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, bringing fresh perspectives and data-driven insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2-3 years in startups, consulting, or entrepreneurial roles, preferably in the tech, FMCG, D2C or consumer durables sector.
- Experience in launching or scaling products in D2C markets is a strong advantage.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and execute projects end-to-end.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities with experience in market research, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to think out-of-the-box and tackle challenges innovatively.
- Leadership: Excellent people management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Tech Savviness: Familiarity with AI-powered products and a strong understanding of digital marketing and D2C ecosystems.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders.
