Job Description:
- We are seeking a motivated and skilled Manager - Regional Sales to drive channel partner onboarding and revenue generation.
- The ideal candidate will excel in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing end to-end onboarding processes, and fostering long-term professional relationships with channel partners.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with assigned leads for channel partner onboarding.
- Achieve sales targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned leads.
- Evaluate and address channel partner needs proactively to ensure successful onboarding.
- Convert leads into successful channel partner integrations into the system.
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, from initial conversation to agreement signing.
- Facilitate smooth franchise sales processes with transparency and clarity.
- Demonstrate proficiency in communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with market trends.
- Ability to refine and implement effective sales strategies.
Prerequisites for Applying:
- Availability for full-time, in-office employment at Vikhroli, Mumbai.
