Title: AVP/VP/Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) - Associate Partner in Corporate Partnerships
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
2. Establish new strategic partnerships with companies.
3. Drive revenue through existing onboarded projects.
4. Cultivate and sustain a high-performing team.
5. Implement effective hiring strategies and manage attrition effectively.
6. Offer guidance and support to partners during the onboarding journey, addressing any challenges they may face.
7. continuously assess and improve the onboarding and partnership processes.
8. Oversee P&L management, ensuring onboarding of 8 projects every month (until you have 20 high-performing projects) with Sales & Marketing CAC of around 25% with a margin of at least 40%.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or franchise operations.
3. Proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing business and franchise partners.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. High level of organizational and multitasking skills.

- Work mode: At least work from the office (Mumbai) for 6 months and then anywhere across the country.
