Lead Assistant Manager- Internal Audit

• Ensure smooth and effective execution of audit and SOX jobs, including updation of documentation within GRC
• Ensure jobs are performed as timeline defined in the methodology
• Stakeholder management
• Ensure smooth exit of audit reports and SOX project
• Develop strategies for improving team effectiveness. 
• Ensure action plan and issue closure is done as per the issue management methodology.
• Develop leadership within the team and ensure training and development of team members in line with skill requirements
• Execute performance appraisal of team managers

Skills

• Proficient in Internal audit standards, SOX & US GAAP requirements
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to global Privacy (GDPR, CCPA), labor laws, etc.
• Fairly good knowledge of MS Office Tools (Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio, and MS Project)
• Basic Internet / Email usage
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Strong Project Management Skills.
• Strong Planning and reviewing skills.
• Strong understanding of processes and systems and appreciation of the domain needs of the process and its key drivers
