Executive Assistant To National Sales Head - FMCG/FMCD (5-8 yrs)

- Assist in making various financial and qualitative reports and preparing Sales meeting presentations.

- Translate ideas, and vision of the Leader into plans, proposals, presentation, strategy, concepts, reports and communication.

- Work Closely with business heads, Manufacturing Head and others to prepare annual plans and long-term business strategy documents including drawing Trade Plan.

- Coordinate with senior management, first line and stakeholders for conducting monthly performance review meetings and other meetings.

- Action Tracking of all points closed during any business meeting

- Manage special projects undertaken on behalf of the leader

- Analyse monthly financial & business performance and interpret information of proposals, business models and prepare executive summary to enable decision making.

- Business Analytics and Support for Management MIS for various functions

- To generate informatory reports per the expectation of the Management to help in decision making by co-coordinating with the concerned process owner
