- Project Leadership: Manage and execute strategic HR projects, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.

- Change Management & Transformation Support: Assist the CHRO in the planning and execution of major change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring and culture transformation.
- Confidential Data Management: Manage sensitive HR information, including employee records, and organizational changes, with discretion and confidentiality.
- Relationship Management & Executive Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, and HR vendors, to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
