Project Manager - Digital Projects - Manufacturing Firm (7-12 yrs)

Role Summary :

- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.

- Experience in the manufacturing domain, particularly in maintenance or production engineering with expertise in automated machines, assembly lines, PLCs, and SCADA systems.

- Experience in digital initiatives (Analytics, IOT, AI, AR/VR, Digital Twins) and understanding of data pipelines in manufacturing plants.

- Allocate resources effectively and coordinate with department heads for project execution.

- Identify and manage project risks, creating mitigation plans.

- Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.

- Define and implement quality assurance processes, conducting regular reviews.

- Lead project execution, monitoring progress and ensuring successful completion.

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

- 7-10 years of experience delivering IT/digital projects in manufacturing.

- Proven track record in successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
