We are a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing unit seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned HR Generalist to oversee HR operations at our Padra plant. The ideal candidate will have expertise in:

- Recruitment

- Statutory compliance (Labor Laws, PF, ESI, etc.)

- Payroll administration

- Administration management (facility, logistics, etc.)

- Team handling

- PMS activities

- Audit preparation (USFDA, EDQM, etc.) related to HR and administration

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes to meet staffing needs.
• Ensure statutory compliance and advise on labor laws.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
• Handle facility and logistics management for the plant.
• Lead and develop an effective HR team.
• Implement and uphold HR policies and initiatives.
• Foster positive employee relations and engagement.
• Analyze HR metrics for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate PMS activities like goal setting and appraisals.
• Prepare for HR and admin-related audits (USFDA, EDQM).
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in HR, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing

- Post-graduation in HR/IR/PM or related field

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and pharma regulations

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
