Job Description

  • We are looking for a go getter, not constrained by conventional thinking who is willing to explore and develop innovative ideas.
  • We need a results-oriented problem solver, self-starter with a hunter mentality who has a passion for cutting edge digital platforms and the knowledge and experience across technology, business services and operations.
  • As “Director – Marketing” you will be expected to lead all Marketing and Sales efforts within the
  • organization, including prospect identification, lead generation, handling the sales and marketing cycle in close collaboration with the Exela's business unit leadership and product and services groups.
  • You will be expected to meet lead generation goals established by Executive Leadership.
  • You will create and own the plan and pipeline, review execution of marketing plans, pipeline and account plans to track progress on lead identification and pursuit, qualify opportunities, mobilize the teams for proposal development and lead negotiations.
  • The role will be expected to drive, strategize and oversee all marketing campaigns globally to promote all our products and services.
  • This challenging job will encompass creative, analytical, digital, and coordinative responsibilities.
  • Looking for candidates from IT/Advertising and Marketing Industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand company's products and services, its target audience, and market (age group, behaviors, countries, etc), conduct market research and accordingly create effective marketing and sales strategies and recommend appropriate channels to run paid ad campaigns.
  • Strategizing and developing marketing campaigns for Brand awareness and lead generation. Arrive at targets and ROI driven marketing plans for online sales.
  • Collaborate with Product and services teams to create strategies for building brand awareness in the target market.
  • Create paid ad campaigns on Search Engine Marketing channels such as Google AdWords - Search, Display, Re marketing, Programmatic Ads etc.
  • Should be independently able to create paid Social Media Ad Campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter and also Mobile Network Ads.
  • Effectively use Google Analytics and Google Console and optimize the campaigns and improve the PPC /CPA.
  • Create performance reports of each ad campaign created on different channels and then optimize the spends and performance.
  • Manage the Social Media Channels of the company's products and services.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of Social Media Channels and SEO and how to optimize the ads so that they are in sync with the Social media channels and SEO.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must be Graduate/ Post Graduate/MBA- Marketing & Sales.
  • Minimum 12-15 years work experience with 10 years experience in marketing with Technology based organization will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in working with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies.
  • In-Depth understanding of Facebook & Google advertising.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Must have a strong grasp of numbers and be comfortable with quantitative analyses and simple statistics.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Broad understanding of digital tools and technology.
  • Understanding of branding concepts in B2B, B2C & B2G space.
