Reporting to: Senior Marketing Operations Manager

The Role (Position Objective/ Summary):
The role will oversee all public and private web properties and supporting infrastructure including content management system, web analytics, social media platforms and marketing automation platform. This is a hand-on and operational role. It includes website content management, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, web and email campaign performance reporting.


The Main Responsibilities:

  • Website Operations & Management
    • keyword research Drive SEO efforts (keyword research, image optimization, backlinks, etc) to improve organic ranking of all APAC websites, including non-English sites.
    • Manage the companys content management system (CMS), working with APAC content owners to maintain the content for APAC pages.
    • Setup campaign pages. This includes web page creation (meta tags, content, web form etc), editing, review/testing and publishing.
    • Website optimization for PC and mobile users. Work with corporate web operations team to improve site usability, design/layout, page load time to increase time on site.
    • Responsible for testing of user interfaces (e.g. landing pages, microsites, portal pages)
    • Manage translation and quality check agency for the non-English sites
    • Generate and consolidate APAC website metrics and user engagement metrics
    • Work closely with global web operations team to ensure APAC web requirements and needs are implemented in a timely manner




  • Marketing Automation Platform Operations & Support
    • Create and deploy email campaigns using the companys marketing automation tool. This includes email creation, setup program flow, database segmentation, Marketo landing page A/B testing, etc.
    • Enforce data governance and support field marketing managers to upload lead contact details into marketing database.
    • Maintain and optimize Marketo programs including data cleansing and lead scoring.
    • Generate and consolidate APAC marketing database metrics for marketing operations.
    • Generate and consolidate APAC email performance metrics for field marketing
    • Generate and consolidate APAC web paid campaign performance metrics for digital campaign manager


  • Maintain partnership with global marketing operations team Social Media Channel Operations
    • Support Influencer Relations Manager to create and deploy social posts on all APAC social media channels. Generate quarterly social media channel performance reports. Analyse social media channel performance and provide optimization recommendations to stakeholder.
    • Manage the APAC employee advocacy and social selling platform. This includes managing employee subscription pool (add/delete users), license budget, content publishing and quarterly reporting on usage.
    • Use analytics, in partnership with marketing operations to continuously audit and improve digital experiences and outcomes.
    • Advise digital campaign manager on best practices spanning interface design, user experience, new capabilities, privacy laws and regulations, and digital strategy compliance.



What We Look for in a Candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar field
  • More than 2 years of experience with b-to-b social media
  • Strong hands-on experience in website operations and management
  • Relevant experience in SEO
  • Experience with A/B, multivariate and usability testing
  • Experience in using web analytics platform such as Google Analytics
  • Relevant experience in HTML and/or CSS preferred
  • Relevant experience in marketing automation platform such as Eloqua, Marketo and Pardot.
  • Possess strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments and deliver on time
  • Ability to work effectively with cross departments of different cultures and in an international environment
  • Proactive, detailed oriented and collaborative
  • Able to operate independently and as a team player
  • Possess a university degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communication, Advertising or other related fields



Desirable:

  • Possess relevant experience in
    • Adobe Experience Manager
    • Adobe Analytics
    • Other software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Flash.
  • Agency background is an advantage


Success Metrics:

  • Organic inbound traffic growth
  • Acquisition metrics/Web site conversion
  • Email engagement rate
  • Social engagement rate
  • Ensure up to 95% of the marketing database contact details are current and valid
  • Ensure at least 85% of marketing database contact segmentation is establish
