We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Performance Marketing Head with 10-12

years of experience in the digital marketing industry. The ideal candidate is someone who

has worked under a senior performance marketing head at a premium agency like GroupM,

and has successfully managed budgets upwards of 1 crore.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Manage a team of performance marketers to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of digital campaigns across various

channels including Meta and Google

• Work with multiple stakeholders and manage expectations of internal and external

teams.

• Present and create weekly and monthly presentations and dashboards for review
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to maximize ROI on digital marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing to

drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements:

• 10-12 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success
• Experience working at a premium agency like GroupM is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, with hands-on knowledge of Meta and Google platforms
• Expertise in managing budgets upwards of 1 crore and delivering measurable results.
• Knowledge of retention, affiliates, and programmatic marketing is a plus.
• Any Certifications from Meta and Google are a plus.
