Role & responsibilities

• The position is responsible for Key Account management & Post Delivery complaints.
• Coordination with Private label team and Suppliers for vehicle alignments.
• Coordination with FC Team for appointment-based deliveries for private label.
• On time Delivery tracking and reporting management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience across logistics operational elements in the supply chain management (First Mile, Middle Mile and Last mile operations)
• Proficient in Advanced MS Excel
• Performance Management
• Communication Proficiency
• Graduate with +1 years of experience in Logistics services/E Commerce Supply chain
  platforms.
