As an hub executive the only thing to learn is People management.
Work life balance is inconvenient if you are working in last mile operations management dont care about the mental well being of their workers no scope of growth in terms of technical and managerial skills. People who are in groud level are not valued enough in the eco system. Underpaid no overtime is being given to the employees.
