Brief about the Team

Tata 1mg partners with various hospitals and healthcare providers to provide medication and healthcare services to patients which may include pharmacy services such as medication dispensing, compounding, and counseling. This team manages to provide medications directly to patients at the hospital (bed side) or delivering medications to patients' homes after they are discharged from the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and managing GRNs for the pharmacy.
• Verify received goods against purchase orders and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Update inventory details in the hospital ERP system.
• Coordinate with the pharmacy team to maintain stock accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in routine data entry tasks related to stock management.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficient with computers and basic data entry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of hospital ERP systems (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
