Executive Assistant To Director

This position involves providing high-level administrative & operational support to the Director and serving as the primary point of contact between the Director and the Stakeholders.

• Provide high-level support for operational tasks, ensuring efficient workflows and timely completion of activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and the stakeholders.
• Manage all cross-functional communications effectively, monitoring progress updates and promptly escalating priority requests to appropriate stakeholders.
• Drive accountability across departments through systematic follow-ups, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed to specifications.
• Exercise exemplary judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information, maintaining absolute discretion and the highest standards of professional confidentiality.
• Visiting the Regional Offices
• Should have knowledge of Excel, Ppts etc.
